it was okay

- good location - kitchen - shower in room

- staff was rude - door to the shower had a big gap so you could just look in - room was really tiny (especially for three people) - kitchen closed at 8pm and you were not allowed in anymore - no wifi in the rooms, only in the kitchen - you need to pay 10€ a night to get AC even though it was really hot at night - the staff really made you feel not welcomed - the walls were extremely thin you could hear EVERYTHING (there were renovation in the house at the moment which was really annoying) - it really is the cheapest hostel in the area but for what you get it is still very expensive

The cheapest option, conditions as expected

The bed was surprisingly quite comfy and the people were nice, the price of stay was the cheapest of that area but still too much for a place like that

The room isn't getting cleaned, the toilet has no seat, there's no soap or towels, the rooms are little, you need to pay caution for the key upon arrival 30€ in cash, they also charge 5€ to leave the bags there for a day, 10€ for ventilation, the sleep is poor due to bunkbeds moving if anyone moves, people coming in and leaving, street noise etc.

Nice staff. Dirty room and wet sheets. But I was the looking for the cheapest hostel in nice.

The guy who checked me in was really lovely. Helped me carry my bag up the stairs because there isn’t a lift.

The room was dirty, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. No AC so the window had to be left open. The sheets I was handed at check in were still wet when I unfolded.

At least a place to sleep.

Location was a convenient 6 minute walk to the metro station. The bed was comfortable. The afternoon staff was pleasant and helpful.

The wifi didn't seem to work at all. The booking site simply said there was air conditioning, however, it was an additional 10 euros per night to use it. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. The morning staff was unfriendly and unpleasant. It was "clean enough."

Great location, poor facilities

The location. Absolute fantastic. 8 minutes fork the train stations 8 minutes from the main square beach. Also very cheap for location

No toilet in the private rooms. Shared toilet out in the hall. No sink in with the toilet so you have to go back to your room to wash your hands. Also have to pay €10 for air conditioning and a €30 deposit on the towels.

it was close to the train station and the Main Street, the staff were lovely.

every little noise echoed up the building, fight went on the first night we were there was very scary being females in a room with just one lock. staff said the front door would be closed at 10pm however was not felt unsafe. We came back to our room after being out for 7 hours to find it open (luckily nothing stolen) cleaning staff had “gone in” (nothing had been cleaned)

Good, unfortunately there were bedbugs

Location was very good. The staff very nice. And the room was not bad at all considering it was a hostel.. i would have given a good evaluation if it wasn't for the bedbugs.. unfortunally there was and I'm bitten all over... and it's so ichy it's driving me crazy... It the staff get rid of the bedbugs then it is a good value for money.

The room was too smelly this time and we had to leave the windows open for some fresh air. The bed was comfy though and I didn’t mind a lot as i just needed a place to sleep. I don’t think i will be back.

price & location wise but very uncomfortable especially for ladies

location near the main shopping road

the room already smells smoke even if they ask you not to smoke inside. the toilette bowl is not clean. Everytime some uses the toilet upstairs the dirt enters in the one in our room. we even find poop inside when we arrived. very uncomforable, you can hear people talking in the corridor inside the room. you can also see drunk men in the comunal/dining area that made us very uncomfortable.

With more maintenance required, the stay should have been better.

Probably the people I met at the hostel.

The customer service could have been better over my 5 night stay. I felt at times, the people in charge could have been more welcoming & sociable. The room could have been cleaner (eg. floor & main touch surfaces). Also more vacuuming required. Very little air ventilation except for opening the windows & the room was crammed tight with people. The communal area was too small.
